Business Continuity
Business as usual….no matter what.

While Check 21 is certainly having a dramatic effect on the Item Capture world, it has not eliminated the need for organizations to ensure that a contingency capability be available in the event of a disaster at the production center. In fact, due the increased reliance on and the criticality of the captured images, contingency planning is an even bigger issue today than it has ever been. FTC, who is recognized as the foremost authority in North America for all aspects of item capture equipment acquisition and disaster recovery, has taken steps to help organizations create solutions that deal with that issue. With sites in Georgia,  Arizona, and  New Jersey, we offer the best available protection for multiple disasters in North America . Not only do our sites contain the sorting capability but also the imaging solution to help organizations comply with Check 21. The following are the current hardware configurations available in our Gilbert, Smyrna, and Cherry Hill sites:

In addition to the hardware in our facilities, we have sophisticated network solutions that allow for easy connectivity from one of our recovery centers back to a customer’s productions technology center. Customers may also leverage this network infrastructure to archive check images and other pertinent data at the Gilbert Recovery Center. FTC has a full range of technical support personnel and disaster recovery consultants that can help a client not only design and write their recovery plans but also assist in the testing of those plans. As a result of all of these items FTC is perfectly positioned to help customers ensure “business as usual….no matter what” in the event of a failure or disaster at their production item capture site.
